If you are ready to lead, grow, and make an impact, we invite you to join us!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-2b6d58a7-c435-4a99-ab9d-72cd3c761579\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul id=\"block-8924327c-aeec-4dca-a925-8e5261580866\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acquire new potential lenders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with lender-related inquiries and needs (onboarding, managing, and optimizing client relationships).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retain existing lenders by delivering excellent service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work to achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to the company\u2019s overall growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Negotiate and lead high-impact strategic partnerships and business enhancements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be responsible for maintaining the current portfolio, building strong relationships, delivering top-quality service, and providing comprehensive product information to lenders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-0c464d16-255a-4b31-afdc-0495263a1363\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul id=\"block-ae600d32-0ae1-4d1f-9cc2-4ba50f94bda8\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum Bachelor\u2019s degree (S1) from any major at a reputable university.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 3 &#8211; 5 years of experience in the Peer-to-Peer Lending or Banking industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minimum 2\u20133 years of experience leading and managing a funding or sales team<\/strong>, including coaching, performance evaluation, and target monitoring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proven track record in driving sustainable business growth<\/strong>, such as increasing funding volume, expanding lender portfolios, and improving team productivity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain high-performing team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication, sales, and presentation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven negotiation techniques and marketing strategies to drive sales growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess a broad professional network or strong relationships.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-f8e4c114-f5f0-4e71-b273-f8145dd62034\">Send to email : novia.prasetyawati@cicil.co.id<br>Subject : SRM Funding &#8211; Name<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-6c68c410-643f-40c3-ba08-e5dea64fff42\"><strong>Ready to Grow With Us?
