Responsibilities:
- Acquire new potential lenders.
- Assist with lender-related inquiries and needs (onboarding, managing, and optimizing client relationships).
- Retain existing lenders by delivering excellent service.
- Work to achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
- Negotiate and lead high-impact strategic partnerships and business enhancements.
- Be responsible for maintaining the current portfolio, building strong relationships, delivering top-quality service, and providing comprehensive product information to lenders.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major at a reputable university.
- At least 2 years of experience in the Peer-to-Peer Lending or Banking industry.
- Strong communication, sales, and presentation skills.
- Proven negotiation techniques and marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Possess a broad professional network or strong relationships.
